This is exactly how my order came no mailing package was found with it. Product was easy to use and pair with my phone

The order arrived quickly and without visible damage, but when paired with a phone, only one of the headphones worked, so I removed the link, to be able to pair it with another one in case it was the fault of the first phone, but on the second phone, it didn't work either, only one ear could hear it, so they were defective. I asked to return the product and get my money back! ! I am very sorry for not being able to write a good review, it is impossible for me, since they were not in usable condition.

Battery life 4hr but sound great not to low not to high

I am not sure where they are supposed to set, but this is where i heard them best. I have 30/70 hearing. With music at max volume, my husband could not hear them at all from 3 ft away and it sounded like i was listening to quiet elevator music. I could only hear it at max (i am deaf. Yeah, i know). However, i am hoping to use them as a regular hearing amplifier, not so much for music. I have better earphones for music. So, i'll see. I was still able to hear every other noise and my husband didn't feel isolated. They were comfortable for the 2 hours that i wore them. The batteries seemed to be fine for the 2 hours.
